POSTAGE AND PACKING Our postage prices and our CD prices have remained constant since we launched in January 2006. Regrettably, rising costs have now forced us to increase our postage costs for both UK and overseas orders from 1st November 2008.

UK Postage and Packing - Orders under £35, please add just £1.50 per order. All orders over £35 receive free postage and packing.

Overseas Postage and Packing - £2 for the 1st CD and £1 for each CD thereafter. If your order has a split delivery due to an unforeseen delay, there will be no additional postage and packing charge for further deliveries.

CD RETURNS POLICY To ensure complete customer satisfaction, the following applies to CDs purchased from Colchester Classics

CDs ORDERED IN ERROR Colchester Classics accepts the return of CDs ordered in error only if they are unopened (i.e. shrink wrapping intact) and in their original condition. If you return goods as described above within 14 days of receipt, you will be issued a full refund excluding any postage. Please enclose with the CD, the original invoice and give the reason for returning the CD.

FAULTY CDs If you believe that your CD is faulty, please try it on another CD player. If the CD still shows a fault, please enclose with the CD, the original invoice and your description of the fault and track number, if appropriate. Please advise if you would like a replacement CD, your money back including cost of postage, or an alternative CD to the same value. Please return faulty CDs within 14 days of receipt.

RETURNED CDs To ensure the safe arrival of returned CDs, please send them back by a safe and secure method and be able to provide proof of despatch details if requested. Please return in original packaging

PAYMENT Payment for all CD orders is required before despatch. For types of the payment accepted, please see order form. Prices inc. VAT.

OVERSEAS ORDERS CDs purchased from Colchester Classics may incur duty before your goods can be released from your local Customs Offi ce or Post Offi ce. Colchester Classics cannot be responsible for such taxes.

DATABASE When ordering from Colchester Classics, your details will automatically be added to our database. Your details will not be passed on to any other party.
